I had a pleasant experience at this location. The staff were kind and quick. I decided to complete some work while out and Panera was the perfect location. This Panera was fairly quiet and empty midday allowing me to knock out some work. The soup was delicious and normally is. I usually never have any complaints with the food.
I love Panera's food. The Massapequa location is clean, staff are very nice, and the wait time is quick. My experiences at this location have always been very good. I joined the Sip Club so I go there a lot now and I am never disappointed.
Came in for a quick cup of coffee. I ordered at the kiosk but still had to ask an employee for the cup. I got my drink, it was as expected and I was on my way. Good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to come here again
